The controller of the personal data collected through this website is Evicron Solutions SL, tax ID (NIF) B44843100, registered at Calle Santiago Rusiñol, 27, Local 5, 08211 Castellar del Vallès (Barcelona), Spain. For any matter related to data protection you can reach us at info@evicron.com.
2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily provide when submitting the contact form:
- Full name
- Email address
- Company (optional field)
- Indicative budget
- The content of the message you send us
We do not request and do not wish to receive special categories of data (health, beliefs, etc.); please do not include them in your message. Browsing the site does not require registration or providing any personal data.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data exclusively to respond to your enquiry: assess your request, get back to you and, where appropriate, prepare a proposal or quote. We do not use your data to send unsolicited advertising, nor do we build profiles with it.
4. Legal basis
The legal basis for the processing is your consent (art. 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you give by voluntarily submitting the contact form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@evicron.com, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
5. Recipients and data processors
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for commercial purposes. To operate the site we rely on technology providers acting as data processors:
- Google Firebase / Google Cloud: processes the submission of the contact form and the delivery of your message.
- Vercel: hosts this website (hosting and content delivery).
These providers may process data on servers located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, international transfers take place under the safeguards provided for by the GDPR, such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or the adequacy frameworks in force. We will only disclose your data to other entities where legally required.
6. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and at most for 12 months from the last contact. If your enquiry leads to a contractual relationship, the data will be kept for the duration of that relationship and the applicable statutory periods.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may exercise the following rights at any time:
- Access: know which of your data we process.
- Rectification: correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erasure: ask us to delete your data.
- Objection: object to the processing of your data.
- Restriction: ask us to restrict the processing.
