Elop is the AI voice agent platform built by Evicron, the AI and software studio from Barcelona: agents that answer and place real phone calls in real time, understand the person on the line, take action mid-conversation and leave every call transcribed, analysed and scored. It is not a text chatbot — the core channel is the voice call, with the latency and naturalness a phone conversation demands.
What an Elop agent does
An Elop agent works both ways on the line. On inbound calls it answers 24/7: it resolves questions using your company’s own information, books appointments straight into the calendar and, when needed, transfers the call to a human. On outbound calls it runs large-scale campaigns over a contact list, with a dialling queue, per-call states, automatic retries and conversion analysis.
During the conversation the agent understands what the caller says and acts in real time: it checks availability, calculates a price, sends a confirmation. When the call ends, everything is documented: a complete transcript, the recording and an automatic score against the criteria defined for the campaign.
Features
- Configurable agents — custom prompt, voice and model, with an “improve with AI” assistant to refine instructions.
- Outbound campaigns — contact lists, queue and call states, automatic retries and conversion metrics.
- Knowledge base (RAG) — the agent answers with your company’s data, not generic replies.
- 10+ native actions — book into Google Calendar, check availability, send WhatsApp confirmations, transfer to a human, calculate shipping prices, email and per-agent custom webhooks.
- Flows and automations — chain actions so every call triggers the right process.
- Call analytics — transcription, automatic scoring, recordings and statistics for calls, minutes, cost and conversion.
- Multi-tenant with roles and permissions — several companies on the same platform, each with its own agents, numbers and billing. Free, basic, pro and enterprise plans with limits on agents, numbers and calls, billed as a monthly fee plus minutes.
Use cases
- Real estate — an agent in production that handles enquiries about listed properties, answers questions and books viewings.
- Transport and logistics — calculates shipping prices and routes with Google Maps during the call itself.
- Customer service — 24/7 phone reception for any business that cannot afford to miss a single call.
Technology
Real-time voice runs on OpenAI Realtime; speech recognition and synthesis use ElevenLabs and Cartesia, whose ultra-low-latency TTS responds in around 40 ms — the key to a conversation that sounds natural. The knowledge base is powered by RAG with OpenAI embeddings. Underneath, a purpose-built Node.js voice server with WebSockets connects to the phone network through Twilio, on European infrastructure (Cloud Functions in europe-west1) with Firebase, and a React web application available at app.elop.ai.
