- Opportunities with measurable ROI: we identify AI use cases and rank them by economic impact and implementation effort.
- Actionable roadmap: a phased plan with scope, timeline and budget — not a wish list.
- POC before you invest: we validate the top opportunity with a working proof of concept before committing to a full project. Applied-AI projects start at €6,000 and an AI MVP is built in 4–8 weeks.
If the audit concludes that automation is the way forward, we continue with applied AI; if your team needs its own judgement for day-to-day decisions, we cover that with in-company AI training from €1,500 per day.
How we work
Everything starts with a free initial consultation: a discovery session where we get to know your business and tell you, honestly, whether we see potential. From there we work in 4 phases — Discovery, Design, Development, Launch and support — with weekly sprints and a first clickable demo in week 2 whenever a POC is involved.
The quote is fixed after discovery: you know the cost before we start. We work remotely with clients across Europe and reply in under 24 hours.
